Hi! I’m Ginny!
I’m a wife, a mom, and a proud dog mom of three! I love snow skiing, lifting weights, going on walks with my dogs, and—most importantly—spending quality time with my kids.
I’ve been a certified nutrition coach for over five years, and a personal trainer for over 10. I’ve helped many clients reach their weight loss and strength goals. I truly love what I do—there’s nothing more fulfilling than watching women become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves.
As a mom of two athletes, I understand the challenges that come with juggling busy schedules, team travel, and everything in between. I’ve also been a bodybuilder for over a decade and earned my OCB Pro Card in 2016. Recently, I competed in both the Pro Bikini and Pro Figure divisions.
I love simplicity with meals and food, but occasionally use my creativity for a dish or recipe in the kitchen. I have written several cookbooks and am working on the next!
I’m a strong believer in making time for yourself—because when you prioritize your own health and well-being, you show up better for your family, your work, and your life.
